Victoria von Meding advises and represents companies, associations, institutions and individuals in contract negotiations, settlements, mediations and other negotiation situations. In recent years, she has additionally advised clients in family and inheritance law.

Victoria von Meding is not only a lawyer but also a mediator (Bundesverband MEDIATION e.V. (BM)/Deutsche Gesellschaft für Systemische Therapie, Beratung und Familientherapie e.V. (DGSF)) and systemic consultant and supervisor (DGSF). She advises and mediates in conflicts in families, among spouses, in companies and among shareholders as well as in questions of company succession. She also advises companies in the area of organizational development. From her own experience she knows about the values of a family business and other companies, knows the traps for conflicts there and the need for consulting.
