Wagner Legal supports UNITI in creating a price information service on the basis of data from the market transparency unit

German law requires companies which operate public petrol stations or have the power to set their prices for fuel to report fuel price changes in real time to the market transparancy unit for fuel at the Federal Cartel Office. The market transparancy uniti then passes these price data on to providers of consumer information services. Wagner Legal supported companies of the UNITI group, a German trade association of small and medium mineral oil companies, not only to create a consumer information service but also a price information service that processes the data for customers.
