Victoria von Meding advises companies, associations, institutions and individuals in contract negotiations, settlements, mediations and other types of negotiations. In recent years she has advised clients on family law and succession.

As well as being a lawyer, Victoria von Meding is a mediator and systemic consultant and supervisor. She specialises in advising senior management, the self-employed and family businesses, as well as advising on family disputes.

She has direct experience of the values which are of key importance in family and other types of businesses, and recognises the issues with the greatest potential for conflict and the need for advice.

Victoria von Meding can provide legal advice, coaching and carry out mediation in relation to

  • issues around the management of companies, including in family businesses,
  • handover of family businesses,
  • rules of succession,
  • family conflicts such as divorce, custody disputes, maintenance disputes, and disagreements over the care of parents.
